Every reply comes from a written knowledge base you control plus MallorcaData's live listing statistics. No invented figures: numbers are quoted with their date and described as asking prices. If the answer isn't in the material, it says so and points to your team.
Buyer profiles, not one-liners
As buyers talk, the assistant captures the structured facts, areas, property type, bedrooms, budget, funding, timeline, residency, and saves them to a profile. You receive a qualified buyer with their consent, ready for viewings.
Personal data never reaches the model
Emails, phone numbers, passport and NIE numbers, bank details and addresses are stopped before they leave the browser and again on the server. Buyers are steered to secure forms. Identity details are encrypted and locked until the buyer chooses to unlock them for you.
Six languages, one conversation
Ask it in German, it answers in German and offers to continue that way. The choice is remembered per buyer, and the conversation keeps its context across visits with automatic summarising of older messages.
